Difference between Career Coaching and Career Guidance (Job Orientation)

Planning our career development is often cumbersome, difficult, frustrating and gray. This is even more accentuated if you are going through a situation of unemployment, reinvestment or job improvement. In this case, seeing where you want to go, studying the environment represents a moment of awareness, rediscovery, learning and personal growth. And it is precisely the Career Coaching, as a tool for personal development, which helps you to have “that clear mind” and identify opportunities in many cases.

In some cases, we often see career coaches and tend to confuse them with vocational advisors, who guide you on the path of self-discovery, to identify your passions, to know which career to choose when you are feeling lost.
